I highly recommend not to get involved with this estate agent as they are a fradulent business. I have been receiving emails from a third party saying I have made my self a guarantor on a property managed by A J Properties and am in arrears, when I have never been to A J Properties or signed any documentations or given my consent to be made a guarantor. This is fraud and I will be taking legal action so I highly advice people do not make yourself a victim, this is a disgrace how businesses get away with such crimes.

I was impressed with the level of support I received from staff and the speed with which they addressed problems. Mirage the letting agent was great he sorted all the problems that we faced in the new property even bringing the Director to help with the issues that was beyond his powers and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

No star At All. Very unreliable, dishonest, unprofessional and most selfish people I come across in life. Been renting a property from Aj Dwelling for over a year and it has been a nightmare. Damage do not get fixed easily, always have to wait for ages to get things sorted. We have been in a cold for over 2 weeks last year for somebody to come and look at the windows and heating, then we had no electricity in bathroom and kitchen again that took over a week to get it fixed. Electricity was done unprofessionally wiring showing and all. And now have no fridge despite them knowing that I have 2 small children. But hey they careless. I am so upset and disappointed with Aj Dwellings.

We have let our property through A J Dwellings for over 4 years and we didn't have issues with them as yet. The rent was always deposited on time. The staff are helpful. They've taken good care of our property.

100% the best estate agents in the area. I have been dealing with them for the past 13 years and not 1 day I had any problem with them. My rent is always paid on time, even during the pandemic, if anything needs repairing or replacing, they give me the best quotations, the property is kept in excellent condition and they would even go above and beyond to make sure that the customers' needs and requirements are met. Keep up the good work guys. So glad that I chose you at that time and I would recommend you in a heart beat.

Please avoid at all costs. I rented out to them in good faith and came back to a house 3 years later that smelled of urine and broken doors, walls and infestation of cockroaches. They seemed to have never set foot in the property to do their promised weekly checks though they are located within a minute of my property. It was not an investment property but my own dwelling :,( what a breech of trust! They kept council tenants though I wanted professionals and not families. They were asked to look after my furniture which I had said I'd need to return back to. I had a bereavement in the family for which I had to make the move, despite listening to all this, I came to find my furniture destroyed and the place unliveable. I had to get rid of the carpets/flooring, and to this day (after 5 years), it still smells awful in the house:( They did not replace broken doors but turned them upside down- calling it fixed. The owner claims to be pious, posting religious stuff, but i can assure you he is not an honest businessman.

In response to your response today, I would like to say I know fully well who I am talking about. Your letting agent office is round the corner from me! Can you promise to resolve my issue of fixing my furniture and all the botched up jobs you did to the property if I tell you which property? No, I didn't think so!
