Walker Jarvis

We are having so many problems in communicating with this agency. Recently we have contacted them on so many occasions about our boiler not working. 3 weeks ago they sent a plumber who told them it was broken and needs fixing, they done nothing sent another plumber who has reported the same that the boiler is broken and needs replacing. We are now with out heating and hot water with no response from the company. They do not answer the phone they do not return calls they are breaking all their contracts as a landlord. I will be reporting them to environmental health

shocking!! how these can class themselves as an estate agent is beyond me. after countless calls i'm still no further progressed in my problem than i first started. It's come to the point where i'm now considering legal action and to approach the owner of the building direct. I will never use Walker Jarvis again and if i could give them 0 stars, i would.

I have rented two properties through Walker Jarvis and I have found them to be extremely helpful, professional and courteous and a big thank you to Sean and Warren who helped me move!! Thank you so much, highly recommended.

Would not recommend them if you are motivated to sell your property even with advertising it below market value. Make sure to check the descriptions they write of your property as they won't bother. Even once you tell them about the issue they are slow to fix it and reply with 'if someone calls us about the property we will tell them', even though incorrect details can put off interested buyers. Take the promises they give you with a pinch of salt, poor unprofessional service.

I have been using Walker Jarvis as managing agents for a number of years and am very pleased with the service they give. Always informing me of any problems at the property, getting works carried out promptly and updating me with progress in a professional manner.

Disappointing. Viewed a commercial property 10th Nov and showed my interest and willingness to take on ASAP.
Sent 2 emails the following day - one directly to the estate agent who we met to view to ask questions, no reply.
One to the main office in Gravesend, no reply.
Called 2 days after to chase up - told will be in touch.
Still have heard nothing back - been 2 weeks. Am no longer interested.
Poor service

Rented a property from Walker Jarvis on Windmill Street in Gravesend back in 2006. For thirteen and a half years that I have been with them, they (Warren Jaggs & Sean Cahill) have been absolutely brilliant. They are very understanding, professional in the service they provide and very efficient.

I’ve used Walker Jarvis since 2008 as a letting agent and in 2020 instructed them with a sale. On both sides they are very efficient, helpful, proactive and always quick to respond to emails or calls. Nothing has changed since the recent merger and I would therefore continue to recommend them for both sales and rental.
