Avoid!!! Ronnie showed us around a house to let, we were clearly inconveniencing her, we were in and out in under 5 minutes, so impersonal, didn't show a care in the world. Literally walked away saying 'let me know if you're interested' with her back to us while unlocking her car. I just can't emphasize how unprofessional and rude she was. We had waited over a week with being constantly messed around to view the property, what a massive anti climax. She should not be responsible for showing houses to potential customers, I'd be surprised if she sold/let any at all!!

Arranged an appointment for 11am, at 11.20 no show, no call or message. Rang branch and was just advised "not sure where the person is". At the start of a potential busines contract, absolutely not a good or proffesional start. Please get the basics right, its really not difficult. Needless to say will not be dealing with this agent for my rental.

I have recently re-located to Rugby and the service given by Henry & his team was excellent from start to finish. In what can sometimes be a very stressful process nothing was ever too much trouble and when we requested extra visits to the property these were always arranged to suit our availability. A very professional and friendly estate agents who I would definitely use should I decide to move again.
