From the initial discussions, their clear and transparent pricing plan and their proactive approach we have found them highly professional, responsive and excellent value for money. They advertised the property quickly (even collecting the keys from the builder) and found us excellent tenants at the asking price. Their communications with us are excellent with clear accounts and invoices. I am very pleased we found them!

Great customer service from Bristol Residential Letting Co. No issues over the 2.5 years living in Bristol as a tenant. Any small maintenance issues or queries quickly resolved. Received deposit back in full at end of tenancy without any argument. Recommend.

My experience with Bristol Residential Lettings has been great. They have been very helpful and responsive whatever the question. Charlene, my property manager, has been particularly great as she comes back quickly and offers advice and suggestions rather than just passing problems on to me! I would definitely recommend using them if you are looking to let a flat out.

Hugely disappointing experience with Bristol Residential Lettings.

They have not informed me prior to my tenancy starting that windows in the apartment don't open at all! I would have never agreed to let the property as my throat gets extremely dry if there is no supply of fresh air. There is ventilation installed in the apartment that is subpar and hasn't been working for the first month of my tenancy which made the property inhabitable.

All I got is "sorry we didn't tell you about the windows, contact your landlord to sort the ventilation". They do not have a care in the world once you have signed the tenancy agreement.

Do NOT let from them.

AMAZING!!!!! The day after I called him Danny was on-site creating the advertising content and later that day the advert was live. 3 days later and Bhavin had secured the perfect tenant - what a team!

I have been searching for places to rent at Bristol for weeks. I have met at least 10 agents/private landlords across the city. Josh is the best! He showed up on time, patiently answered my questions, and explained me the details of applications. I highly recommend the Bristol Residential Letting and Josh, if you are looking for a place to rent at Bristol!

Kept my holding deposit and included estate plumbing, sewerage and sanitation maintenance on the tenancy agreement. When I queried this they kept my holding deposit on a £1400pcm flat. Avoid!! Greasy! Low-brow! Unreasonable, unpleasant and unprofessional. Keep away. Sales agents are nice but the people you’ll eventually deal with are not good.

We were really struggling to find a place to rent in Bristol, mostly down to the high competition and landlords and agencies accepting much higher offers over the rent price stated, which is unacceptable when a lot of properties are already overpriced. Bristol Residential Letting co however, are a different story. Our flat is very reasonably priced and more importantly than that, we were told by Josh who showed us round the property that they would refuse any kind of higher of rent. It’s just so reassuring to be using an agency with these views. Reference checks were speedy and when we moved in, the flat was in a very nice clean condition. I’d definitely recommend Bristol residential lettings co and happily use them again in future if I needed to.
