Graham and his team always offer 1st class service on the houses they manage for me. Very thorough from start to finish. Highly recommend.

As hands off as possible - pushes back as much as he can to the Tenant and Landlord. Equally very rude and a little bit fast and loose with the law. Graham's knowledge of things is definitely a little outdated!

0 stars max. I have never in my life was expecting this kind of customer service. Me and my husband are trying to relocate. We found an add, arranged viewing. Unfortunately, Greaham is not able to deal with people, he couldn't answer the questions asked and simply refused to show the property. He then said never to contact him again without any explanation why. If you would like to find the top level of the rudeness and the most unprofessional letting agency -G&A lettings is the right place then!!!!!

I have never seen an agency like this in 16 years of renting. Zero customer service, top level of rudeness and arrogance. We booked a viewing and the only viewing we received was parking space. After asking few questions he just refused to show the property. Sent an absolutely rude email by saying not to contact them again with no explanation. All emails were simply ignored. Awful customer service, so I can only imagine what a nightmare it is to deal with this company once you are renting from them. We are in process of reporting them to all possible institutions.

Helpful, professional and proficient in processing applications and placing tenants. I would highly recommend G&A Lettings if you either want to Let your Property or are looking for reliable tennants as they are thorough and look after tennants and landlords alike. A fair and genuine agent who inspires confidence.
