Where do I begin???

The staff are completely unprofessional. There have been many times we have reported issues with the property we're in, but they don't take any notice, and then blames you for not reporting it. They do not have good communication with one another, and we have also noticed that one of their rules that they like to follow is all staff 'Must Lie' We have caught them lying on many different occasions. We're not the only ones who have mentioned how bad this company is.

We cannot wait to leave this horrible company in the near future.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Absolute disgrace of a ‘company’. Moved into a room with manky walls, floors and blinds. Alerted them and it’s been 9 months and still nothing.

Had to clean under the bed from previous tenants. Surely when moving someone in you make sure it’s to a decent standard. Not these scum bags.

Lisa the director, is rude, a bully and when I first went up she brazenly said ‘ it smells of weed in there by the way’ very professional.

Also they repair nothing, my room mate had his window smashed and it’s been 3 months and still not bothered.

Avoid at all costs. Unless you’re a Romanian couple cos they’ll cram them in. I get it’s a ‘business’ but there is no care for your well being just if you pay and that is it. Disgusting lisa

These guys have been the most tenacious and easy going letting agents I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with ever. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We never had a problem with getting in touch and everytime we need a repair or any help they are acting fast to resolve it . I wish all of the agencies was like that .

7 rooms, one room had eight modovians in, nice guy don't get me wrong but too many in one room. Get started on twice and they evict everyone ,apart from Hungary couple. Then I went shopping and came back to be told I was taking pictures of next doors kids. I wasn't a perfect but it's not fair.

Booked a viewing via rightmove for one place in particular at least 5 different times and never got a reply. Phoned them three times to be told “go through rightmove”. Now the place is let agreed. The worst estate agents. Unprofessional, rude to talk to. According to my friends who live in LG James properties they never repair anything anyway.

Very rude personal! Especially the manager! If something happens and you have to urgently leave the room you never get your deposit back. I wanted to call the police and make a claim don't recommend
