My experience with Cavendish Rentals is limited to a few viewings, but I can attest to how helpful, friendly and responsive Sophie Lewis has been, making the experience of viewing/renting a new place, which can be harrowing at the best of times, an enjoyable one.

Viewed a property with Sophie who was very polite, easy to talk to and provided plenty of detail. Ended up not applying for the property as it wasn't for me but will be happy for future viewings based on the experience.

We have rented a home through Cavendish, while having our own home refurbished, for over 12 months. The staff are outstanding - knowledgeable, helpful and quick to respond. Repairs were carried out quickly and well and, on the one occasion that contractors were not particularly good, they quickly sorted things out.

Would highly recommend renting through Cavendish.

On a personal level I have found the staff very kind & caring. Great work ethics and the staff have a great passion for their work. Which reflects to us as their customer. staff are very friendly & approachable in a very professional manner. Nothing is to much trouble. Going above & beyond.

Sophie was very professional and helpful, she helped me and my partner into a new home easily and without stress. We are awkward men and she dealt with us in such a magnificent way it was a pleasure to meet her. Thank you Sophie for everything you did for us. We just have to unpack and get a few things sorted out with our new home.

This was my first time looking for a home and I couldn’t of asked for anyone better than sophie i felt at ease straight away any questions i had she would get me an answer straight away went out of her way to help me i felt so comfortable in being able to have such an easy process with the house and have said i will want to use sophie in the future when looking for another home

Me and my wife have just gone to get our keys today and have been helped by, Sophie Lewis, and Natalie who has been absolutely amazing helping us move in.
