Shop is never open, tried several times, people are clearly inside sometimes but won't answer the door. Extremely difficult to get them to answer the telephone too. Used another estate agent instead now. If I'm going to use an estate agent to rent out my properties i'd like to be able to contact them, if I cannot get to speak to them initially then I have no confidence in the doing then work I needed.

From our experience, Carol is brilliant to have as a letting agent. She goes out of her way to make sure her tenants are happy, and if there are any issues they are dealt with quickly and efficiently. We've been renting from her for quite some time now and we are very happy with the service Carol provides. It's always lovely to call in or ring up to have a friendly chat.

I've been a tenant of Carol's for 2 years now and she's been absolutely fantastic. Anytime we've had an issue she's been quick to resolve it and has gone out of her way to help us anytime we need it (including driving to Barry at 10pm to let me in my flat). She's always very polite and welcoming, always up for a chat, and anyone who doesn't use her is missing out!

Carol is always very helpful and ready to help anyone. I am a tenancy support worker that has worked with her to house homeless people. She is a compassionate person who gives her all to her tenants. She is willing to help anyone that she can and goes the extra mile for all.

Have been renting off this agency for almost a year and had a dreadful service. No repairs have been done the entire time I have been there. I moved into the property I had no inventory of the damages and had to do one myself and send it to them. The flooring is vile and you cant even walk around without your shoes on. They refuse to get it sorted still 10 months later. The oven didn't work although they knew about it before I moved in I still had to wait over a month for it to get sorted. The bedroom window had to be tied shut with the curtains aswell which is totally unacceptable they then "fixed" it using a cow boy builder they are still broken now with a huge draft and a massive leak in the front room window I reported this on the 14th of November and still haven't been fixed for 3 months now leaving me in a freezing cold flat every night.
Terrible to get ahold of the shops never open they refuse to answer the phone or reply to any emails.
The whole business is in shambles and the staff are extremely unprofessional. I requested the landlords details on the 6th of January which under section 1 of the landlord and tenants act 1985 they have 21 days to supply. They are still refusing to give them to me on the 21st of February and last night i received a very unprofessional "gift" of a box of chocolates and alcohol from them to basically keep me happy. This was a guilt gift/ bribery so I wouldn't report them to the landlord for not doing their job and allowing the flat to go into disrepair.
Carol takes no responsibility for not doing her job properly and not getting repairs done aswell as blaming me for working 12 hour shifts n being unable to be free after shes failed to sort issues out on my days off.
Extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend.
