We have rented through Homelink and found Lynn and Carol to be very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They took time to find us the perfect property to suit our need, arranging several viewings. The whole process was easy and well-managed and everything went smoothly. When we eventually moved to a property we had bought, the process was simple and our deposit was returned promptly. We would have no hesitation in recommending Homelink to anyone wanting to rent in the area and we would also use them if we ever wanted to rent out a property.

After reading all the other tenants reviews and seeing that it’s not just me and my partner you completely neglected it’s actually the whole company that’s neglectful. I honestly don’t know how you all sleep at night knowing you’ve left all these people with unfulfilled promises just to get to your next pay day.

The experience I’ve had with Homelink Narbeth Properties has been horrendous. Getting a new landlord this week has been like night and day. They have already exceeded expectations and have shown me there are people out there who genuinely care about your health and safety. This company does not care as long as they get their money.

You can’t get ahold of them for days, wether it be via telephone or email, they failed to secure my deposit, they make you believe that the properties are fixed by professionals but if you were to ask for a receipt or proof a professional was used they reply back with hostility.

Thank god I will never receive the predicted response of “we’ll forward this email to your landlord” even though I’m pretty sure this will haunt me in my dreams.

22 emails I sent them complaining about issues with the house that started back in 2019. Covid was the perfect excuse for them to do even less work than they do now.

The fact I’m young enough to be some of yours daughter yet you probably couldn’t even imagine doing this to your family members but then again, I have heard stories from family members that you have in fact put them through it, just shows the type of people you are.

You should all be disgusted with yourselves.

I became a tenant with Homelink, just before Covid. What a time to be alive! Homelink were very helpful with all my questions before moving in, and I felt well cared for throughout my tenancy with all issues dealt with in a timely manner. I’ve since moved house, due to a change in jobs, but I have to say I was pleased with how my deposit was dealt with, and glad to say I received back what I deem to be reasonable. I would recommend Homelink!

Helped me with difficult circumstances and were very efficient and kept me well updated throughout, Homelink looked after a family members property for over a year when they relocated The team were friendly, helpful and professional throughout. They made managing the letting from a long distance really straight forward.

I recently met with Ben to discuss investing in the local area. I found Ben to be very informative on the local property market, the returns that were available and the management services he had on offer once a property was acquired. If you are a landlord and are in need of a professional management service do give Ben a call in Homelink, highly recommended.

Cheap property, but you pay for it in other ways. Case in point, they've kept me waiting on critical repairs for over a month.

Don't do it to yourself, find someplace better.

Edit: 1 Month later. Repairs have yet to be completed, emails yet to be answered... We're left cold, damp, unsafe and mouldy.

Just don't do it.

I rented through Homelink and had exceptional service throughout, from viewing through until I left the property a year later. Carol was particularly helpful with my many queries which made a difficult period of my life so much easier to cope with. A big thank you for such a professional, personal service.

.... cannot believe how unprofessional and against their tenants are.
totally IGNORED our issues, but kept money from our tenancy agreement for something that classifies wear and tear (the issue was a small rip of probably 5cm of the linoleum when moving appliances around) . in all honesty, the landlord never invested anything in the house, i supposed the new flooring should be covered somehow.... or during our 1 year tenancy the boiler was constantly breaking down...last Christmas we barely had any hot water of heat for 2 weeks. and then it was leaking...
