Karens Lettings

I called them at the begining of the week, on Monday or Tuesday maybe to arrange a viewing of a house for Saturday at 9am. I was there on time. I called them about at 9.15 the agent has not arrived. They said this property is no longer available, somebody has already applied for the house. It's not a problem if somebody applies earlier then me but they did not call me about it, I wasted my morning, I drove 2 hours.
They did not call me the day before the viewing.

Awful, rude woman in the office was unwilling to even attempt to help me and my boyfriend to find a place to live. We were left feeling really let down. Not the type of people we want to be associated with. Would have returned, but I'll find somewhere that is more welcoming and helpful.

Have found Karen and Jessica to be very professional and polite. Can't believe the negative reviews. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Keep up the good work.

Could not be further from the truth!

Late to show us round a property, showing two people around the property at the same time, didn't really know a lot about the property.

Wouldn't let us apply, then when we did took our money and once cash was in hand told us we didn't have to pay when applying although we were told on the phone on the day prior that you must pay when applying. Despite having very good credit history, references, good permenant jobs that pay well we weren't selected by landlord for property. Would go as far to say Karen I presume was very smug about this fact and has an extremely rude telephone manner.

The whole experience has put us off renting and we have decided to buy instead so for that we have Karen's lettings to thank.

Avoid this lettings agency unless you want to deal with rude, unprofessional people.

Karen and her team manage a house for me in Rhos. They are professional and efficient at all times. Karen always acts in the best interest of her tenant and raises issues with me quickly so that they can be dealt with for the tenant as soon as possible. They have a panel of service providers who are always efficient with maintainance issues. I would recommend Karens Lettings to any honest Landlord.

Found this company to be very good as I needed to view a property but had to work it so it could be done whilst my son who is disabled was at his grandparents. They went out of their way to assist me and found me a property suitable for family with great access .

We used Karen’s lettings to rent our property out. First impressions were great but then things went wrong. When our tenants failed to pay her and her team gave us awful advice resulting in us paying thousands of pounds extra in court costs. They just wiped their hands of us. They awful failed to support us in keeping the deposit back off the tenants who had damaged our property. Do not use this company as a landlord
