It was my first experience of renting a property and they made the whole process very easy from the start to the end of my tenancy. If I had any issues they were quick to resolve it. Victoria and the team are very friendly and they made me feel comfortable and safe in my home. I can safely say I would return for their excellent service and professionalism.

Absolutely fantastic service ! Having experienced the worst from Plush Lettings ( see my review ) who incidentally are still trading as PLS group operating from the industrial estate just outside Llanelli when I last received information) I am now reassured that there are letting agents out there who offer a professional, value for money service. Victoria is the epitome of professionalism . I cannot fault the service I have received . I am an experienced landlady and would recommend and indeed , absolutely encourage any existing and potential landlords/landladies to use Dragon Lettings
