Absolutely shocking service, staff have no idea what they are talking about, no clue whatsoever ,boss never in work, cant get repairs carried out and made to feel like a pain nagging all the time. TAKE A WIDE BERTH LANDLORDS AND TENANTS!!!

Rude abusive staff and they never get any of the repairs done that I have asked for even 2 years on still waiting for stuff to be done!! Do not go with them!! They also walk in your house with out notice !

Used to rent off them. No problems.

Worst agency In Porthcawl GO TO PRESTONS OR AVENUE happy to take the money from you but not happy to pay you back or help the landlord will not recommend unhelpful staff just they want Landlords money that’s it they don’t work to help

Asked to view a 4 bed in nottage and nothing back from them if the house has been rented then please have the desence to let us know...very dissapointing service

My landlord is contacted 90% of the time when speaking to letting agency about above property which they have managed before they have refused to contact the other landlord to clear out a pile of rubbish that has been generating for almost three years… the staff are extremely unhelpful and we tend to contact our landlord about anything luckily he handles most of the handy work and is general a good landlord however this is clearly out of his depth and Harrison’s don’t seem to want to offer any help to prevent any more rubbish generating including rats.. we are now in the process of contacting environmental health to prevent us from having a fine for rubbish that has been there since before we moved in. We cannot clear the rubbish our selves as we don’t know if any of it is biohazard waste and we also dont have the money to clear it ourselves…
We keep our home clean we have never done anything without permission and this is how we are treated like we don’t even pay any rent. I’ve never rung and the staff have been polite to me or my partner. Disappointing especially as we have been with them for almost 4 years now
