My tenancy here at Seabreeze Residence has been generally decent on the whole, except for a very mardy email that has been sent to everyone today which has fully tarnished my experience.
Many emails have been sent about the wifi, which has been an issue ever since moving in but it has been at least manageable. But now we've been told that we will only be able to connect one device per resident, which is heavily at odds to our contract, which states that our rent includes "Normal residential use of internet", which to me seems like at least 3 devices at any one time. We've instead been told to get a TV license, or get more data!
They've also told us not to email them about anything to do with this anymore.
Honestly, really shoddy work from them, not at all happy.

I have been staying in the SeaBreeze flats and my time here had been very enjoyable however we have received an interesting email. The email states that each tenant is only allowed one device per person whilst the contract states we are allocated "normal residential use". It also suggests that it is our problem and we should solve it by considering the use of our own 3G/4G tethering. In the footnote of the email, it stated that "No emails / messages complaining about this will be replied to".
