The people are very nice but I am currently a tenant and their communication skills leave much to be desired.
I've also got a couple of odd jobs that have been outstanding for a few weeks and I have to constantly chase.

Having rented through about 6 different agencies, this was by far the best experience I had. They wee quick to respond to and handle any issues. Unlike many others they were very fair when it came to checking out and deposits.
