Having rented all over the country and finally settling in north wales, I feel qualified enough to say that WREXRENT is by far the best letting agent going. You get a family owned feel from the start, with the added security of a bigger business behind it. The viewing and moving in process was easy, hassle free and genuinely pleasant (the same cannot be said for similar companies in Manchester and Cambridge!).

The property is lovely, well furbished and nicely maintained. I haven’t had a problem yet but I’m sure if I do it’ll be sorted very easily!

If you’re renting in/around Wrexham, WREXRENT is by far the best - trust me!!

Excellent customer service - I viewed a few properties through Wrexrent in North Wales and can honestly say they made the whole process of finding a rental super easy.

The property was spotless and well maintained. I have had no problems since moving in, and any little query i have had was responded to swiftly.

Absolutely cannot fault Wrexrent. They have been great from the get go. We are about to move in to one of their properties which is a beautiful place for a very reasonable price. We are very impressed with how they have managed to ensure we have all the information we need and get moved in quickly whilst also managing to adhere to the coronavirus regulations. All the staff we have dealt with have been kind, friendly and very helpful with a genuine caring attitude.

Very good service. You get all the help you need with moving in or out and also with any problems arising during tenancy. Very friendly team, always nice and kind with customers. I really do recommend for anyone looking to rent.

I do not recommend this agency because you can be kicked out of "your" apartment without any reason. Moreover, it is an ineffective agency that cannot deal with simple problems and also cannot cope with anti-social behavior of its neighbors.
Wrexrent - people working there are only seemingly nice, but in fact they are not.
I do not recommend Bridewell Court Apartments in Wrexham, had a nightmare there!

Typical landlord behaviour... Never fix any issue and then try to foot you with the bill at the end of the tenancy. Always take photos before and after tenancy as they will try and use any excuse to take your money. Pathetic, especially trying to overcharge people who are already struggling with prices soaring and have a baby on the way. Lowest of the low.

Amazing company, dealt with Dani & Helen when we initially moved in, this was in the middle of lockdown too, and there was nothing too much trouble, we were in a huge rush to move in as we had sold our house, they moved mountains to make this happen. The property is absolutely amazing, couldn't be happier. Very professional company, and both Dani & Helen are a joy to deal with!

Wrexrent is very professional company, very good quality service and properties itself. Company take care about their properties and their tenants. Very friendly staff always with smiles on their faces. If you looking for a place which you can feel like at home I would highly recommended Wrexrent.
