Helpful, but could have been easier to get in due to height restrictions. "You're too high mate", oh well I'll just take it off, leave it here and come back for it... "you're not taking that off here". Eventually did leave it there and come back for it, but why say that in the first place if you let me do it..?

The facilities and the staff here are are excellent. They are completely let down by a booking system that is not fit for purpose. It's overly complex and inflexible. You can't book a slot more than one day in advance which can cause problems if your plans don't work out which often happens. Let people book up to a week in advance. What difference would that make to Covid19???

Site was to find and well laid out staff did not offer to help to carry heavy items though.

I recently downsized to a bungalow and moved to Anglesey and have needed to make many trips to this recycling centre over the last few weeks. The people on duty are very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, polite, respectful and welcoming. The recycling centre is kept very tidy which makes it very safe for residents who visit the site (no trip hazards / recycling bays are kept clean). On arrival you are advised which 'numbered bay / bays' you need for all your recycling which is very helpful. The people on duty are all highly professional, and you can tell the recycling centre is being managed safely for everyone's benefit. Not too many cars are allowed onto the site at any one time, which makes the site safer for people. Everyone at the recycling centre are doing such brilliant job - well done everyone. Your professionalism should not go unnoticed. Thanks. Ian
