Don't even bother only opened one bag and said they couldn't take it as it was too old fashioned well if they had bothered to look in the rest 20 bags to be precise they would of seen that there were a variety of good clothes some of which still had tags on. Some people are so picky taken to charity shop were they appreciated it

Don't even bother with these people. Took them bags of my mother's stuff, a lot almost new, and they said they don't take "old people's" stuff! They were so picky, that we gathered it all up and took to a charity shop, where they would appreciate the stuff.

I've never been so insulated in all my life, these people were so judgemental about the clothes I had taken to them.They ripped open the first bag of seven I had and without looking close enough at the contents told me they were too old fashioned. How can clothes for a 4-5 year old recently bought be "OLD FASHIONED" also jeans they never go out of fashion they are timeless classics. I even had a cuople of brand new unopened items. Then taking a look at the second then third bag saying the same old I'd had enough!! WHAT DO THEY WANT..GUCCI !!!
After telling this idiot that all the clothes I had were all in v.good to excellent condition and many "BRANDED" items belonging to my daughters and my very fashionable wife he continued rapping on about wanting more up to date fashionable items not "OLD FASHIONED"
Many of these clothes are still on sale in the shops so he doesn't know new from old fashioned at all!!
My thinking of this is that they make a point of "ripping open" the bags then after insulting your own integrity make it so difficult to take back away with you so then your left with the decision to struggle or leave these so called old fashioned and un-wanted items with them as what some people would probably do therefore making much greater profit for themselves and leaving you with nothing there again you dont get much in return anyway and its not all about the money but being charitable for those less fortunate living in third world countries or is it?? more like cashing in on your charitable side. Also the time and cost to the individual preparing these clothes ie washing, sorting, bagging and transporting to thier premises.
I WILL NEVER USE "CASH4CLOTHES" EVER AGAIN I WOULD RATHER BURN THEM BETTER STILL ILL GIVE THESE SEVEN BAGS TO THE HOMELESS WHO WILL BE GRATEFUL FOR WHAT THEY HAVE. EVEN IF THEY'RE NOT QUITE "GUCCI" THEY JUST MIGHT PREVENT THEM FROM FREEZING TO DEATH UNDER THER ARCHES.

Went in with several bags. The girl refused to check the other three after finding a few imperfect clothes. Despite having a lot already that could be recycled, we were sent away. When I asked if she could check the other bags, she refused and suggested to us the other place across the road.

Instead, we simply went to our local tip and left our clothes there. We won't be using this company again.

They don't pay people salary and they steal money from costumers!

Nice friendly staff and a good way of getting something back for old clothes.

Turned up at the opening time on a staurday and was informed taht sometimes they do open on a staurday and sometimes they done.
Very inconsistent hours!

Nice place to get rid of any household item from clothing to bedding and any biric and brac but not books, cd's or dvd's. But don't expect to get alot of money for your items.
