Sue is very professional in her appearance and also the ways she does her treatments and also the room is very professionally set up. Her attention to detail is fabulous. Sue takes time to listen to you and gets to know you and provides the treatment best suited for your needs. I would certainly recommend Sue to my friends and family.

I regularly visit Sue Masters for reflexology, facial treatments and pedicures and have done so for a number of years. I think that in itself reflects how I feel about the quality of treatment and service that Sue offers. I would (and do!) happily recommend her to both men and women.

Sue provides a wide range of treatments and is very talented and knowledgable, she pays attention to small details and helps you to make choices about the treatments most suited to you. She is helpful, listens to your questions and is full of good suggestions and advice. Her welcoming, cheerful and positive approach is infectious and makes you feel a million dollars once you leave!! I would highly recommend her.

Sue is unquestionably more than an experienced beauty and complimentary therapist. She seems to be on a constant quest to learn about the latest scientific advances, for example, in facial reflexology, in order to provide her clients with the most effective treatments. She is rather gifted too, and during treatments has identified some physical issues within me that in fact did need checking out - before I was even aware of them. She knows what every product ingredient does (is there such a thing as a beauty geek?) which means she can, if requested, super quickly select the most appropriate product to use at home. There is an incredible empathetic side to Sue. She cares about people and likes her clients and this shows in her pricing, her treatments, her room and all the attention to detail that goes into her work. Such a lovely, knowledgable, experienced, wise lady. Can't recommend more highly.
