Bristol Street Motors Renault Nottingham

I visited the Bristol street Renault dealer and the staff were very very helpful and not pushy. I told them my budget and they came up with a few cars to meet my needs . I settled on a Captur which they didn't have on site but had it delivered. There was no obligation to buy . All I can say is the staff were very knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful, as I was a woman on my own who didn't have a clue . Would definitely recommend them .

Alex and Melissa were both incredibly helpful in helping me find my new car! They both listened to what I wanted and I never felt like I was getting a pushy sales pitch!
Melissa's communication was great, she kept me informed of updates and I never once had to chase for anything.

Phenomenal service! I cannot explain how happy we were with the service Tia and Alex gave us. They were so friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. We loved the fact that they asked our names and used them frequently. We felt like they really cared about us and in a totally genuine way, not in the stereotypical car dealer way. We only went in initially to have a look at a Clio and to get an idea of costs and style but a combination of an awesome car, a great deal and Tia and Alex’s service we decided to go ahead a purchase a brand new car. They understood exactly what we wanted to do and gave us a great package. Even picking up the car was a wonderful experience. Thank you so much to you both. I totally love my new car!

The lady that dealt with my booking etc at the showroom service reception was excellent, extremely efficient & very friendly at both drop off & pick up - my interaction with Renault Nottingham was great & there are no improvements that I could think of from my experience.

Reported rust on my Renault Scenic boot lid (this is at least the 3rd, if not the 4th time that this rust has appeared). Renault Nottingham ordered all necessary parts, then when they were available, advised me to contact the bodyshop on Loughborough Road. A date for the work to be completed was arranged, and I dropped off my car. I was advised that it was likely to take 3 days, but in fact it took 5 days. I was called to advise that the work was complete, and collected my car, all clean and tidy. The rust area is freshly painted, and let's hope that the rust problem has finally been rectified. If not, it will be back in again, until it is finally sorted properly. Only time will tell.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very pleasant and professional salesman who was courteous and efficient. I travelled 155 miles to pick up my vehicle which was all ready and the handover was very smooth. Would definitely recommend.
