Renault Staples Corner

I had my Dacia Duster serviced at Dacia Staples Corner earlier this week and would highly recommend it. All staff were very helpful and professional, especially Courtney who looked after me and my car 😊 The courtesy car I was given was an electric, automatic Renault Zoe, which was a great little car for the day. My car was serviced in good time and I was sent a video message regarding tires, break pads etc. The car was returned to me beautifully cleaned inside and out, which I did not expect, thank you!

Thank you to Mustafa Ali who provided an amazing customer service this week. He provided a smooth and efficient service when arranging for my car to be serviced. He was extremely professional and polite and kept me informed on timings throughout the day. He had all the necessary paperwork prepared and ready for when I picked up my car which meant no time was spent waiting around at the store. A great job!

Booked in for an MOT as my usual Mercedes Benz garage could not fit me in. Staff at Renault are very professional and courteous. Mustafa Ali was amazing plus booked in my car and kept me informed. Despite delays in car arriving in U.K., I’m happy with the service provided. When I initially went to look at options, Omar was very good at working out what exactly I wanted and then offering a variety of options. On collecting my car, I was impressed with how he took time to go over all aspects of car and offered to drive with me to help me become familiar with the car. Not all dealerships offer this. I never felt rushed and everything was done to ensure I was comfortable.
