Renault Trucks Chiltern

I cannot speak highly enough of this garage. I had no previous connection with them when my new lorry broke down. They not only performed major surgery, but when I told them I had promised my daughter a special treat, they shoehorned the job in early and completed it in time. Then on its first outing I had trouble with the gears software and they sent someone out to sort it, even though they are 25 miles away. Throughout, they were courteous and friendly, and they even spoke to the vendor on my behalf to explain why they should be funding the repair to the major component which had been faulty.

We have always had great customer service from these guys. The whole team but Adam Chenery in particular completely understand the urgency of a swift and speedy fix on a commercial vehicle. They often fit us in with short notice and always work together with us. Great company!

First class service , Required parts for breakdown which didn't open till 8 am due to covid hrs Adam found and sourced the part for collection prompt professional .and it was quicker to go Dunstable than spend 40 mins on hold to my local dealer!

Our truck was directed in from Renault 24/7 it was drivable. The service we received was brilliant, and the truck was turned around within the day.

Their drivers apparently think it's ok to park in designated motorcycle bays.

I work there so what can I say, great service, quality work and good customer relations.

Friendly staff and good service but 1 of the mechanics left a spanner on me truck which I will return when I go bk
