Very clean, very tidy, lovely enclosures, wide range of species and you can put a deposit down for things by paying half. Lovely staff very helpful. I got my stick insects there

Towcester reptile centre generally is an amazing place I have been going there for a while now collecting my tarantulas all staff are amazing there special shout out to Rachel as she is always sending me pictures of the tarantulas I don't have so I can build the collection! The store is great the animals are well looked after, if your looking to get into reptiles then this is generally the place to go the prices are fair and they help where they can ! My 5 year old son has been inspired by a young lad called Tate. He took the time to speak to him and show him different reptiles a couple of weeks back, but with alot of passion, which is great. I asked him what he wanted to do this weekend and he said 'I want to go to the reptile centre'. Much appreciated Tate. Keep it up

It's a nice fish and reptile centre if a little small but they are catering for a small demographic. Staff are very pleasant and always helpful.

Visited yesterday to gain some more information on purchasing a chameleon. The lady that helped us was so incredibly helpful and made us feel like we could ask as many questions as we wanted even if we didn’t have any intention of buying a reptile that day. She introduced us to all of the chameleons and got one out for us to hold. I have had previous bad experiences with reptile shops and was originally very apprehensive when it came to buying a new reptile.
We left feeling confident with the information we had received and then returned later in the day to show the kids the animals too. Again she was super helpful and even offered to get the really friendly chameleon out again to show the children. The lady serving us made me feel so at ease and it was her extensive knowledge and readiness to help that made us decide to reserve one of the chameleons we had met to collect in a couple weeks. I will definitely continue to use this shop for any reptile and aquarium needs I have. Very excited to go and pick up our new family member in a couple weeks! Thank you!

My wife and I were struggling with the set up of our Aquarium for our tortoise that we pick up from here on Sunday. Needless to day, a slight disagreement was in hand between me and my wife..which we are laughing about now. Anyway, we both (especially my wife) cannot reccommend this place highly enough. The Aquarium set up is vital for any reptile is vital. My wife called very frustrated and had the pleasure of speaking to Sam. She was outstanding, customer service, patience and so professional. She appreciated our frustration and spoke to us.for over 20mins with calm, a bit humour given the situation and talked me through my set up..which I admit, my wife was right 🤣🤣 seriously, the knowledge of these guys here is superb. Thank you all
