Welcome to Centre parcs. The queue of cars is usually very long but once you make it to the arrival lodge you'll be beckoned into a garage, welcomed and informed. A good service always polite and informative.

Really slow process and then you have to queue to get out of the carpark. Not a great experience with a 1 and 2 year old. Could be made a smoother quicker experience.

I think if you have paid for early arrival, only those people should be allowed to access the arrivals lodge. We arrived well before our 2 pm early arrival time, we queued for nearly 45 mins because the security staff were allowing everyone through. I'm quite cross I paid for this facility and for this to be allowed

Unusually you drive in to the arrival lodge and check-in without leaving your car. If you've checked in online and given your car registration number they'll know who you are automatically. The process is good. My main criticism is lack of clear signage, which applies throughout the site.

The process at Centre Parcs can't be faulted with license plate recognition bringing up all your party details automatically, all you need to do is collect your electronic key bands.
