Very relaxed fun restaurant, good with the kids too.
Food is spot on for the price point.
Service is quick and there is a nice atmosphere to the place.

Lovely food and wine and a great atmosphere, staff welcoming and friendly

This was my first time visiting Mario's for my sons birthday. I could not have picked a better place!! The menu choice and food was unbelievable. All staff were very attentive but without intruding on our night. They could not have done anything more, the service was excellent. They even treated my son to a happy birthday serenade, much to his embarrassment but he did enjoy the ice cream they brought him out tho 🍨

Could not recommend Mario's highly enough

Authentic family-run Italian restaurant. Always a very warm welcome, excellent service and great food from an extensive menu. If there’s a birthday, all the staff go bananas. Brilliant.

Friendly service, pleasant atmosphere. The food wasn't as good as expected, my daughter's pizza, ham and pineapple wasn't brilliant, the toppings were very sparse as was the sauce on the base. I had chicken in a stroganoff sauce with rice. It wasn't too bad, I was just surprised at the small portion. Luckily I got a side portion of chips making the meal a little more substantial.
Value for money, definitely not !
I would happily dine there again, I'd choose something more substantial and better value for money.

Marios is fun and lively.

Pros:
- good food
- warm setting
- large variety of seating for different sized families
- delicious food

Cons:
- loudness, was uncomfortable (this coming from an ambivert themselves)
- difficult to find the toilets
- can get cramped quickly if it is a busy night
- tables too close together, would've been difficult to hear the person next to you speaking.

Great food: tasty and plentiful portions.
Great service: courteous, friendly & polite staff.
Great place to eat: clean, comfortable & relaxed environment.
