Burger King

The menu keeps getting smaller and smaller, there is nothing left on the menu. Every time I come into to order a milkshake or ice cream they say we don’t have.
A long time ago BK used to have so much on its menu and I would bring the whole family regularly to eat but now there is no variety at all.

The toilets are always out of order, there is no access for a disabled person to go upstairs as there is no lift and no disabled toilet downstairs.

I would like to mention the manager (name starting with Rash) always seems to be shouting at the kitchen staff, very unpleasant to watch as I can see they are working fast as they can.

Went here last week with my daughter verry enjoyable much tastier than McDonald's great staff

Wasn't very busy, but unlike a certain McDonalds in Stevenage, this Burger King actually provided good service AND DIDN'T MISS ANYTHING OUT!

I only really go in burger king for the milkshake because I think the food is overpriced but whenever I do go there the milkshake machine has broken down.

It was OK but they don't give you kids toys anymore but prices are still the same kids weren't too happy of course and didn't find out till we got the food ... Better off at McDonald's at least you get a toy with the kids meal and it's cheaper

I ordered online, food arrived cold + part of the items were missing.
They are only good in taking the money but not delivering full order
Not recommended and save your money

Order not delivered for me and my autistic grandson when emailed no help and no refund for 48 hours thieves I think and doesn’t care if you get your food or not avoid these people 👎👎

I take my little boy once a week as a treat and I wouldn't take him anywhere else in town. Always a nice team of people who are helpful and polite and a nice atmosphere. Always clean too. Only criticism is that the toilets arnt working very often! But thanks for everything else
