Bullhorns smoke house

First time dining here and it won't be the last. Finally kirkham has a quality restaurant. We tried the sampler platter and porky Mac and cheese dirty fries. Every piece of meat falls off the bone and the brisket and pulled pork are succulent and flavourful. Excellent food, brilliantly cooked.

Just decided to pop in for lunch. Opted to go for the smoked Sunday lunch. strange but different, we both thoroughly enjoyed our experience . Definitely go back back for the evening menu. We'll done Bullhorns.

We ordered a blooming onion, sample platter and mac and cheese. Staff were really friendly and helpful and answered all our ridiculous questions. Wonderful service and the food was delicious. The only negative was that the brisket was a little dry but everything else was absolutely spot on and this hasn't put us off and we can't wait for another visit.

Great food and staff wonderful on the towns Christmas lights switch on day. Would highly recommend.

Great value, tasty meals with a good atmosphere. Staff really friendly and helpful but sometimes a bit too 'helpful'. I visited the restaurant twice in two days (as I enjoyed the atmosphere, beers and food so much on my first visit), but we wee asked the same question by 2,3 and sometimes 4 members of staff which was a little off putting.

Sadly our experience was not great. Service was incredibly slow, we only got our first drink 45 minutes after arriving. We found the high chairs quite uncomfortable so sat outside, but the area is quite small and allows smoking.
The food arrived after over an hour and a quarter, although good it was quite dry.
The cocktails were quite good and the staff very friendly and apologetic.
