Always great fish and chips or what ever else food they serve, good staff.

Consistently good. Great fish, hot and crispy chips.

Sat on Saturday afternoon in car on road with a mate. Went in got fish mix for me mate, was deepest fish I'd had chips and mushy peas cryptonite green plenty salt vinegar mate almost chocked to death but he's okay. Highly satisfied we shared one large fish mix and a destination on Ilkeston route into Derby. Thanks guys

I spent £9.80 and two pieces of fish to which I was really looking forward to, but I was very disappointed to find they had used old scabby fish that was discoloured, extremely chewy and had a nasty taste to which I had to bin. Would NOT recommend

The freshly made breaded haddock is well worth giving a try. A takeaway from the Sitwell Fish Bar is the treat of the week.

Was served by a girl with brown curly hair and lots of eyeliner. She clearly did not want to be there and stared at everyone that came into the shop to make them feel intimidated. She got curry sauce all over my order and was chewing gum with her mouth open the whole time all over the food. This has really put me off going back as the guy that used to run it used to make everyone feel so welcome. Now I feel like it’s ran by 16 year olds that clearly think they run the place.

Food is always lovely , chips exactly as I like them and the chicken kebab meat is gorgeous, go early though as it gets busy and they can run out quickly

Quite literally the perfect Fish and Chip shop. Staff brilliant. Food fantastic, good quality, professionally cooked, usually to order.
