Nando's Roaring Meg - Retail Park

Haven't been to a Nandos in a long time due to bad food at a previous branch. So I was a little apprehensive. But the food was tasty and the service was quick. This is a new branch and you can tell. It is clean and tidy with no sticky menus.

The 2 stars are only for the food since it was good and came fast, the other problems however

Door is constantly open so everyone is just freezing

There are seats on each side of the queue line so
people’s backs are about 15cm away from your plate, not to mention the kids staring at you eat while waiting.

Musics loud enough to start a festival

Manager takes plates without asking (rest of the staff are great and hard working)

Would not come to this nandos again, we came here on opening day, around a week later and then around 2 months after that. All 3 times the food was terrible compared to other nandos, burnt and the chips tasted stale. The service was shocking too, my partner being told by managers that she could not use nandos rewards and then the manager disappearing when I complained. As a general rule staff seemed incapable of any level of communication, the waiter just stood staring at us with our food like some sort of zombie rather than putting it down or asking who's each dish was. The nandos in the leisure park is far better. Overall very disappointed as someone who gets a nandos at least once a week I certainly would never go back to this one.

Had the best service from Sinead (she was transferred to this branch as the other was temporarily closed) she was so lovely and helpful! Great asset to the team! Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience! Keep up the great work and take care!!! :)

Poor customer service, very rude and ignorant. Was ignored when order was on side. They wouldn't stop talking to eachother and my food was cold, most probably not going there again.

It's a new restaurant but I could see already that couldn't care less attitude had arrived. I'm sure it'll improve after Chrimbo when everyone has had a break?...

Slowest nandos service I've ever been to.

Something new to me but can't stay away now
