The Gloucester Keys are well worth a visit. Certainly atmospheric the evening I visited. Cote Gloucester was also. Very friendly young staff, I was well looked after. The carafe of water was a nice touch; but, my fault this, I thought I'd ordered something 'sophisticated' and ended up with fish pie!

I am only giving 4 stars because of cost and portion size, the food was very good. Four people, no wine, couple of beers and a glass of wine £198.. I think meals here will be special occasion only in future. Also, why so mean with Bread it costs so little!

Had an amazing meal, dropped in hoping they could squeeze me in, it was super busy, and they did. All the staff were wonderful. Amy was super 😊 and the food absolutely fantastic.

Wow, really appetising glisten free dishes. We had a cheese platter which was super laden with fruits. The fish pie with salmon, cod and prawns is a surprise which threw us off positively. The service is such a pleasure. Mr Carlo who served us as well as the entire team is so customer obsessed. Coming from London, these guys are so delightful and we enjoyed the evening here. Ways to go guys and cheers to them! Good selection of full bodied French wine which goes well with their menu. Solid good and great value for the price. Just go for it!

While front of house was (mostly)spot on, the food was questionable. We're (2x adults and child) regular at several Côte and very familiar with the Boudin Noir. However, this branch is dusting it with apparently "rice flower". Completely undoing it's well known texture and flavour leaving a 'powdery' experience. The manager (I believe new) did struggle a little with me wanting to understand the kitchen process (fridge to plate) over the usual "I'm not happy" and "can I get you a fresh portion", but was very willing to please.

Unlike other branches, we weren't offered the children's menu, flatware or craft entertainment (french bread colouring sheet) we often see.

Whenever I eat at a restaurant, I usually eat the main meals. But this time, I can't believe myself. I did eat three courses. The food was so delicious; I enjoyed it. I highly recommend it.

Excellent staff, very helpful and polite. Ordered off the set menu - whitebait to start and grilled seabass for main course. Food was delicious!
Only grump was drinks were a bit overpriced and cocktails were pre made.
Entire venue was lovely and clean - would happily return.
