Nice restaurant inside but outside whilst your eating you are watching..rats! Yes,outside there were many rats running around ( let me stress,there were none inside,only outside).This was not at night but during the afternoon.

Waited 10 mins to order. Asked for receipt was told we don’t need it. No organisation of orders at all. Then 4x people behind us got order before us. Then found out our order was given to someone else had to wait another 20 mins for new order. Restaurant was dirty large amount of left over food at least a few hours old. Drinks machine had black residue which went into drink. Dirty floor. Lots of flys eating old food left out. Even saw a rat.

Very loud and not inviting atmosphere due to 10+ Delivery drivers waiting for food. Constantly talking. Staring at customers. Very off putting.

Food was excellent as always but it was a few small things that dropped its 5 stars. You have to make your own drinks via a self serve machine, the tables where dirty and some of the chairs had been vandalised with a glitter paste and because it was busy chairs where hard to find. However i didn't complain as i was passing through quickly and in there defence some of the issues could have been rectified if i had asked. All round a good restaurant, good parking options, drive thru and a reasonable sized seating area.

Staff at time of visit (28th October) were not particularly knowledgeable, if it weren't for (I presume the duty manager turning up) we would be there till the morning.

Added to indifference of some staff it was not a very good experience over all.

The app, well that's another story, if you haven't got a 5G phone then there are added problems ordering.

On the positive side, no long ques like at Mc Ds which is good, and a better tasting burger.

Took forever to get served food took just along. All front of house staff was slow disorganised. Then one woman came out of the kitchen and in 5 mins cleared the long cue in less then 5 mins and made the other 3 staff look stupid. Really need to get workers that don't just have one speed stop.
When I did get my food it was luke warm.

Generally I enjoy a burger king...perhaps they were closing soon as I was passing by late at night, but the quality of the food was a real let down. Chewy overcooked chicken, cold fries, flavourless burger. Something wasn't right for sure this time.

Worst drive though in the history of drive through. Staff struggle to understand and you sit for ages without anything happening. By the time you get the food it’s cold and the staff don’t care….. do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.
