Not great today - food wasn't up.to standard but we complained and received a discount on our bill, which is the best that could have been done to rectify things.
Other reviewers say great things though, so I'll reserve judgement for the next visit and in any case, thank the staff for being understanding.
If you're visiting, check out the beer garden at the back for pretty flowers and somewhere nice to sit for a coffee!

Lasagne, chips and garlic bread. What more could you ask for! Proper pub food which was so delicious! I did have a onion ring from the husbands plate. Sharing’s caring and all ;) the chips was sooo tasty and proper pub chips!
I couldn’t finish it all as I was so full for the rest of the day! Sat outside in the warm weather. Was perfect! :) xxx

Used to eat here when residents in Boston 10 yrs ago. Returned this week due to family hospital visit. Whole party very stressed! Lovely welcome back, great lunch. A massive relief after very stressful morning. Felt very much back at home. Left very well fed and happy that not much had changed. Thank you very much. Got exactly what we needed when we needed it. Thank you again.

Good place to eat reasonably priced good food with no complaints about the service. If you are just coming for a drink the pub can be quite dead after the dinets have gone .There is a large sheltered, covered beer garden with heaters

Fantastic pub. Food was outstanding and the staff were so friendly. I had a baked potatoe with BBQ chicken, with salad and my husband had the blue cheese burger, with chips and onion rings and both were cooked wonderfully. We also had a cheesy garlic bread and homemade coleslaw. The portion sizes are great and you're left feeling very statisfied. All in cost £33,which covered our soft drinks too. We will definitely be back again.

Lovely pub. Got a seat by the coal fire so it was toasty. I had Wexford Chicken and my friend had the Blue Burger, both were amazingly tasty. The staff are really friendly.

Really enjoyed Our meals at good barns yard, I had fish and chips husband had the salmon fillet, both were delicious. The only qaulm that I have is that I asked for decaffeinated tea and was told they did not serve it, a shame as my husband suffers migraines, and I have had cemo, so decaffeinated is better for us.
