The Bull Hotel in Wrotham, Sevenoaks

Attended a wedding at The Bull Hotel, a really lovely place and location. Very welcoming friendly staff and attentive. Martin, the owner went above and beyond, when we were unable to obtain a taxi back to our accommodation. Thank you Martin and all the staff for everything

My wife and I held our wedding here in July. We cannot praise all the staff and especially those on duty on our day for their professionalism, efficiency and helpfulness highly enough.. Everything during the planning went smoothly and having accommodation on site was a bonus so we could have breakfast with our family the following morning. The food was excellent. As all was efficiently organised and run the staff were hardly seen but were able to feel part of the day. We highly rate this venue and have no hesitation in recommending it. 10/10 for everything

Sometimes you give a 5-star review because it seems appropriate, the Bull deserve each one. Great venue for events, the team deliver a great service, friendly and helpful staff. The pub for a drink and a meal is well worth the whole too.

Beautiful place, first time there for a wedding and it's a perfect venue...mixing old style pub with contemporary grounds/garden staff were very welcoming and accommodating too.

Only thing I would change is that when it's hot like it was for the wedding, there is no shade in the middle of the decking area as its a little sun trap apart from that no complaints

I truly don't know where to start with this review! Firstly, after arranging to check in late (and after the kitchen closed) the staff telephoned to ask if me and my little girl would like some food cooking and keeping warm for our arrival after a long journey. We arrived to be offered a free upgrade so we didn't have to carry all of our camping gear up to the top floor and also food and drink waiting 😊 The room was spotlessly clean, bed was comfortable and hotel grounds were beautiful. We got up to a lovely full English breakfast with proper sausage and bacon as well as cereal, toast, jams etc. My daughter looked a little bit fed up in the morning so the staff had her help with setting up for a wedding and even paid her for her hard work. Our travel arrangements fell through to get to the festival we were due at and we almost faced having to go home until the staff offered to take us and all our camping equipment to the site. I have genuinely never felt so looked after at any place I've ever been to. The hotel was beautiful and worth staying for in itself but even if it had been a shed in the middle of nowhere I would stay again merely for the amazing service we received, it really was above and beyond.

Stayed for one night, attending a family gathering in the area. Very friendly welcome, had a drink in the bar before checking in. Very well stocked bar with good choice of beers. Our room at the top of the building had a lot of character but the furniture and decor had obviously been updated sympathetically. Bathroom was small but very well fitted and clean. Very comfortable bed! Breakfast next morning was very good, obviously they source top quality ingredients from local suppliers. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

We had our wedding here in October and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to have it. Leigh Anne and Dionne made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The location is just amazing and is so beautiful in our photos. The food was, in the words of our guests, “the best food they have ever had at a wedding”. Nothing was too much for any of the staff they saw to our every need. We stayed the night before with our family and had a lovely meal as a start to the celebrations.
The rooms are spacious impeccably clean and very comfortable.
My grandmother is in a wheelchair and they made sure throughout the day that she was able to take part in everything and were there with the ramps whenever needed.
I would 110% recommend this as the perfect location for a beautiful and memorable wedding. They also do a mean Sunday roast as well.
Thank you Dionne, Leigh Anne, Sacha and Martin and all the rest of the staff who made our special day just perfect in every way.

Wonderful Christmas meal with my amazing work colleagues. My vegetarian dishes were gorgeous and served along with everyone else which doesn't always happen. The staff were very attentive and made our evening really special.
