What a welcome 😀 Danny (noticed name tag) very welcoming bouncy and friendly, explained all we needed to know etc.

Salad bar is back, slightly less choice then before but still lovely and fresh 😋 took a little while for the bowls to arrive as think slipped staff members mind, we asked another staff member who happily fetched salad bowls 🥣
Dinner was good 👍 and was enjoyed.
Ribs maybe not as meaty as I remember them and gammon slightly too salty but overall really cldnt complain !!!

Loved the decor inside very nice indeed, loving lighting and seating areas.

The warm welcome by the enthusiastic young man was great (I can’t remember his name) the food was also really good. The only downside was the waitress who served us. We enquired about what Lager was available (we aren’t from the UK so were unaware about what you have on tap) and she reeled off a few including Guinness! We asked about the bitters and were told that there wasn’t any and there also wasn’t any merlot. We did have another waitress come round asking if we’d finished with our wine glasses, not to offer us more drinks, just because they had run out of wine glasses!

Food was good and quick not much of a salad bar choice. Waitress was nice. But sitting by door you had all the traffic of takeaway drivers coming and going and hardly any space to relax. Plus being by the desk where people sign in it was very loud and hard to enjoy a nice dinner out

Very good service, could pick our own table and prompt to serve us. Layout very good, salad bar well equipped & good choice selection, waitress Linda very nice and helpful and we weren't rushed at all. Danny said we could pay cash or card & bought over machine for the card, very clean & would definitely give a higiene rating of 10 stars & very clean toilets. Definitely worth going to and food excellent, my partner even took his remains of food home(doggy bag).

Exemplary service for an elderly blind Veteran Xmas lunch. Danny was amazing with all of the group, very attentive and accommodating to their needs. Both he and all the staff were incredibly helpful and respectful. I would highly recommend this Harvester in particular for always making us feel welcome. Thank you to Danny and all the team at The Mallard. See you again for our next coffee morning in January.

This place has improved so much, the food is lovely, and the service was so friendly. We had a really lovely evening, highly recommend it! (don't forget to put your vehicle details into the computer tablet at the front reception desk to avoid a parking fine!)

Great location with ample car park. Staff very polite and friendly. Food was served hot and one more Harvester location added to our list.

Near by this Harvester there are some great canal walks.

My girlfriend and I arrived and met by a friendly male member of staff who showed us to our table. Pat came over and made our evening , she was so friendly and funny and actually made our evening so much more enjoyable! She deserves all the praise. Thank you so much for a lovely meal and an enjoyable evening!
