I hadn’t been here for some time and forgot you have to find a table first before ordering. So we got to the till and then had to QuickTime find a table no. When we had given the no and ordered we went to the table to find someone else had that table, embarrassing. My daughter found that it told you on the menu to find a table first. We were just having coffee so why would we need the menu. Wouldn’t it be more sensible to have a notice at the entrance of the restaurant. The staff are not particularly friendly and I know that these places are short staffed, but that doesn’t mean you can’t be pleasant. I’m going to Silver Springs next time which is just before Garson.

Pretty poor lunch experience. Very long wait time for food of 45 minutes and the ham sandwich we ordered for our four year old had country ham in it that was 1/2 an inch thick. Impossible for him to eat.

Went with a friend today. She wanted an item not on the menu and they produced it beautifully. My jacket potato was OK but not as hot as I'd have liked. Reason I'm not going 5 star is around price. £3.50 for a cappuccino. 50p more than I usually pay.

Came down for a bacon roll. Which infact the do not sell told they would do us a bacon sandwich. Which apon arrive was cold hard bacon .and when I asked for a napkin the lady told me they come with the food and did not need ro ask for one. I had spilt my drink and needed one and the lady was rude as hell. Bad serive only good thing is a coffee xxx and expensive one lady who brought food to table was nice

We had a very pleasant lunch here with some exceptionally well made coffee alongside. The cakes looked good, but we were stuffed from the large portions!

It is not cheap, but it felt appropriately priced. We will definitely come back.

Went to the garsons garden center for a browse around their extensive range off Christmas decorations and stopped at the orangery for a spot of brunch, it was busy so 20 mins wait for hot drinks and 30 mins for food which I thought was reasonable for a busy Sunday morning. I ordered a farmhouse breakfast, which was all perfectly cooked so no complaints for the wait at all.

Visited for here today, the service was okay but not fantastic. The food was alright, my son had to change his order as they didn't have some of the menu. The teapot was a little worse for wear and so was the table. Felt quite over priced in comparison to other similar places.

Food is excellent but highly priced ☹️
You need to find a table firstly then tell them the table number before you can order food.
Tea for one came in a tea pot decanting three cups of tea in the cup 👍
Hot food took 27 minutes to receive, but my order was a simple cooking requirement🙄
Other customers had to wait 45 minutes for their menu meals☹️
Staff are friendly 😃😁😇🤗
Disabled toilet on this, the first floor via the small lift ☹️
