Valentinos Pizzeria

Visited Cheltenham for the first time for a night out and after been recommended this place I will definitley be returning. Initally asked for a doner kebab but unfortunatley they had no bread so ended up with just the meat and chips and oh boy it did not disappoint. Meat was full of flavour, chilli sauce had the right amount of kick, chips straight out of the fryer and service with a smile! Very happy, will be back! :)

So disappointed. Have used these guys on many occasions for pizza and always enjoyed. Good pizzas but really disappointed tonight. Put an order in which said it would be 45-50 mins and then after putting the order through it said 1-2.5 hours so we called to check how long it would be. He said it would be 50 mins at the most. After an hour we called and were told it was on its way
Still nothing. Called back again after 1 hr 20 mins and was told he was just leaving. So we were lied to. He had never left. So frustrating as when we originally called we said we did not want to eat at 10pm and guess what, it's 10:10pm and we r eating our pizza. Sadly our last order here.

menu is false, ordered the kebab meal for 4 which states 2 large donner kebabs 1x 10"garlic bread and 2 drinks. the kebabs are not actual kebabs but kebab meat and chips. if id have known this upon ordering i wouldnt have ordered that meal as an allergy to potato makes it something inedible. no refund given nothing luckily i dont live here and even when i visit ill not be using valantinos ever again. would give -5* if i could

Good place for Takeway foods. Always smile 😊 on face.

This is the best place in Cheltenham, would recommend to everyone. 10/10 xxxxx

Ordered from Uber eats at around 7pm food was late being advertised as 7:20-7:40 delivery time when it arrived with us at 8 after a few calls chasing them up.
When the food arrived it was doughy and tasted undercooked, I have had better pizzas from Sainsbury’s which I was disappointed at after making an order of over £30
In short would avoid this at all costs.

ordered food from here and it been an hour after it was meant to of been delivered so i rang them and they said that the food was ready and they are waiting for a driver. Half an hour later, i still had no food so i rang again and he said it was on its way. 2 hours past the time it was meant to be here now so i rang again and he said that he doesn’t send the drivers and he’s too busy? so i said why did u accept my order and take my money then, and also lie and tell my order was on its way half an hour ago when it isn’t? i then got my partner to ring 2 minutes after he’s told me he does not have a driver, and he tells my partner he’s going to ring the driver and check where our order is? even though he had told me not even 2 minutes before that he did not have a driver and our order was not on the way. An hour later the food arrived, the person who delivered ran away from my house after dumping the food on the door step. The food was clearly reheated as everything was soggy and went stale cold within 2 minutes of opening it. Won’t be ordering from here again and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Wish i could rate 0 stars.

Great food with generous portions and friendly staff. Prices more than reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. The store itself could be tidier but the overall experience was wonderful. One of the few places open past midnight.
