Ordered 2 deliveries recently and delivery time on both was APALLING. Latest order was nearly TWO HOURS LATE but no apology was given furthermore we were missing HALF THE ORDER BUT WERE STILL CHARGED FOR IT. We have been loyal customers for years but WILL NOT be ordering from Turkish delight again

Excellent service, excellent food, excellent place.

From the outside, you may be tricked into thinking that Turkish Delight is just your run of the mill takeaway but looks can be deceiving. The quality of food is A*, the staff are friendly and attentive and the service is quick. Three reasons why this place is my go to take-away joint and the reasons I continue to return time and again.

Favourite dish - has to be the Chicken Kebab! Fresh pieces of chicken breast, marinated in their special seasoning and cooked on the grill on traditional Turkish skewers - all served with beautifully fresh salad and soft, warm naan…BLISS!

Keep doing what you’re doing team and I’ll see you next week for my regular chicken kebab fix!

Called to place an order at about 21:50 after seeing that the take away was open until midnight. From the get go it was clear the person who I was speaking to didn't want to take my order and he made the claim that I lived to far away which I explained I don't and it's only 2-3 miles and then tried to talk me out of placing an order by saying there would be a delivery fee.

I said that's fine and the person on the other end of the phone was like err to which I replied you don't want to take my order do you. He replied with no and we have two local orders and hung up.

We were just going to order through just eat as we could see they were taking orders but decided against it as I think they might have done something to the food in spite.

I never leave reviews, but this was just horrid! This take away use to be nice. Best kebab. Now just awful, chicken has some awful stuff on it and the lamb is now tiny pieces over cooked and again marinated. Where has the plain charcoal chicken and lamb that was decent. Can't comment on the donner as after 35 mins it still wasn't ready and they just put a new one on to cook another 10 min wait. Even the salad wasn't the same. He offered me a free donner next time. Definitely won't be a next time. Wasted £11.50.

Hugely disappointed for what I paid! Order came to about £17 for chicken doner kebab & a s.f.c meal? Order was messed up & took over an hour. Did get free Pepsi & garlic bread but didn't get what I ordered. Not ordered from them in months, so guessing it's under new management? Still, no excuse for the expense & how long it took.

Only leaving a 1 star as there isn't an option to leave less. Worst takeaway company I have ever dealt with. Placed an order where they advised it would be delivered in 40 minutes. Rang 1.5 hours later to check where it was, said they didn't take it down correctly and would be another hour. After an hour and a half after the second order, we rang again, they said they couldn't the find address and no attempt was made to contact us to locate address. They did not want to help said they could place a third order, obviously could not trust then after such a poor service. Would definitely NOT recommend!!

Shocking service! Ordered via the just eat app, said it was in our delivery area and charged £2 for delivery - not a problem we lived quite far so it's understandable. However after waiting 1hr for food the driver rings up and says its outside, we go out and no food so we ring the driver and he's gone to the wrong address he assumed it was a different 'high street' even though we provided the correct details. We rang the store and spoke to the manager as we wanted to check our food would still be warm when it arrived. He said 'you live far away why should you expect warm food, this isn't my problem it's yours' when we asked for a refund instead as at this point we didn't want the food he said ⁵ and told us it's not his problem and we are lucky they deliver to us. Honestly have never been spoken to like this by someone who claims to be the manager he was rude and didn't care about the food he was sending out.
