Wagamama chelmsford

The young lady that served us was lovely. But sadly when it came to desert no mint no chocolate sauce sadly. Kind of took the edge off of what it should have been a really nice desert. Again waitress and waiter were lovely.

Called up to see if I can get teriyaki vegan chicken but wasn't allowed to order it due to delivery, had to have tofu which are disgusting also wanted noodles instead of rice on my firecracker but they kept saying they can't alter the menu but when I called before they let me change it. I think we should be allowed to choose what we want with our food. I would really enjoy it if it was noodles and not rice also there should have more option from the menu

Food was stunning as always but I want to say a HUGE thank you to a lady who works there (regrettably didn’t get her name). My mum has cancer and can’t swallow food well at all so I called ahead asking if she could have a bowl of broth, this lady was so extremely kind and caring with my mum offering her extra broth for free and making her feel at home. One of the only places my mum can actually go out for dinner and feel normal, props to this lady she is an absolute star I can’t thank her enough

Chloe B was absolutely amazing. very attentive and we were served under a speedy service. very friendly and easy to talk to. very good at her job and the rainbow lanyard and the pronoun badge was very inclusive and we felt more welcome!

all the staff were absolutely excellent and amazingly helpful. we got to talk to other employees. There was no bad waiters and the top manager I spoke to explained delays perfectly.

Only thing that soured the mood a little was that the staff, especially younger staff (16-19 at the most seemed incredibly tired and fatigued. Please make sure the staff get more breaks and checkups to ensure they're not overworked as I feel bad when I see staff being overworked.

I'm not blaming the food for me throwing up after coming here! If you're not ill then this is a nice restaurant with lovely Asian food. There was a bit of a mixup with our tables' service but we were a large group so I don't blame the staff. Overall I would recommend.

Ate there yesterday. Spotlessly clean throughout. Highly welcoming and highly attentive waiting staff. Food cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. Even the manager was checking on tables, very slick operation. Best experience in a Wagamama to date. Thanks.

Great food. Very busy restaurant, have to get used to food coming out when it's ready.

Service was awesome - very attentive. Chicken ramen was blander than expected and tea stained egg was runnier than I thought but ginger mojito thing was tasty! As always Gyoza was an absolute winner
