Absolutely awful. After waiting over 10 minutes for the staff to stop chatting and take our order, I was made to wait another 15 minutes for my meal! However, after all this time, they had still messed up my order and accused me of lying.
Not only was the service appalling, the food was unacceptable. My roll was stale and cold while my bacon was soggy; at least 70% was fat despite me asking specifically for it to be crispy. For an astounding price of £4.95, I am utterly shocked.
James Martin would disappointed.

I was very excited to see a James Martin cafe in the airport as he is one of my favourite chefs. The service from the staff was terrible. About 7 people behind the counter , with a frustrated manager begging them to serve customers. The woman that served me was rolling her eyes and throwing her arms about, she should not be serving people with that attitude. The food on the other hand was simple, delicious and I liked the packaging. Please replace the staff with people that smile, are responsive and want to do their job!

Staff pleasant. However ...no choice of topping for porridge, omelette had been sitting and not warm. Rolls not Scottish baps. Biggest issues for me were poor quality brown sauce and tomato ketchup which were difficult to open and plastic cutlery for a sitting in experience, neither pleasant nor good for the planet. This is not a good advertisement for a household name x

Place is good but the food quality is not good at all . They serve us un cooked pain au chocolate my wife back again to them they gave her another one and again is not cooked I cut it in half and i went back to them they change it to me but i took a plane croissant . Coffee is horrible I am sorry to say that but it is . I usually don't give a bad review but this reviews is helping owners to do something about the business .

Pretty bad quality overall. The vegan burger was edible but the bun wasn't toasted, there were too many gherkins, and the cheddar cheese I asked for was just a small cold slice in the middle.
They told me "if you want fries, it'll be fifteen minutes", so I said I'd come back, to which they said "if you come back later, we might be out again." One would expect a restaurant would keep fries coming as they are needed??
Staff were pretty brusque and not very friendly.

AWFUL. The ultimate breakfast bap is a burger bun with one sausage a medallion of bacon and a cold, overcooked egg at £5.99. The porridge was cold and a large no. of staff were rude. I love James on TV but so disappointed with this place, will not be back.

I ate at James Martin kitchen in Glasgow Airport.. I got a chicken burger, chicken in a bun. The staff were nice, they were trying to cope with their computer systems down.. My food was so fast... I thought chicken in a bun nor really my thing.. Well.. It was delicious.. It had a very tasty sauce on it... Yes yes yes James Martin... I would eat there any time!! Yummy yummy yummy

James Martin Kitchen at Stansted Airport. I had a wrap and it was really good, but it is a shame the way the place is managed. There are no tags under the food on display, tables are all dirty and there is no one going around to clean them. Waiting for my coffee I noticed behind the bar there was dirt on the floor, old cups, used blue paper etc. The staff seems annoyed by your custom, never a smile, never a thank you/ you are welcome. Very disappointing.
