Nando's Maidstone

Probably the most underwhelming meal I've ever had in nandos. Must be their off day. Wasn't busy and it took 40 minutes for the good to arrive. Food was disappointing. It is a Nandos afterall so it'll probably better on another day. Servers were friendly though

We ordered the family big meal. It was delicious .they served it very quickly. The staff are very kind. U need to park ur car in a private parking.

Staff are very friendly. Got a table quickly. Took my daughter for a quick lunch. She loves the chicken wings as do I. Biggest wings I’ve ever seen. They must work out all their lives. Worth the money

My daughter and 4 friends came in for her 16th birthday and had a fantastic time. The staff we're lovely and very helpful, thankyou ant, (hope you all enjoyed the cake.😊)
Great food and service.

Loved the food, the cleanliness and mostly the lovely staff; friendly and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate our vulnerable mother. We will definitely visit again. Thank you 😊

First time in Nando’s food was ok burger was cold but I still enjoyed it but if your going to order fizzy drinks don’t bother very watered down to the point it was like drinking water no fizz at all very disappointing all so should warn parents when ordering chicken and chips on the children’s menu that the chicken contains bones was no good for my 2 year old grandson

Waited nearly an hour for our food. Manageress outstanding. Handled the situation perfectly and organised a voucher as an apology. Customer service at its best.

Ordered on Deliveroo at 9pm on a Wednesday night. You'd think it would be quiet and we would receive well presented food. I had the Fino Pitta, the chicken was burnt, the lettuce was dirty and black like it had gone off days ago, it was dry too as they hadn't put a lot of any sauce inside. We ordered peri chips and received normal chips, with no peri salt provided to put on ourselves. Basically avoid ordering on delivery as no effort was put in, disappointed really. It's difficult for me to dine in currently as I'm pregnant so delivery is an easier option, but it's disappointing when it's not worth the money.
