Pronto Pizza

We've been using this place for a while. A few occasions the food could have been warmer but today we ordered two lots of fish and chips and curry sauce. The chips we're terrible, they like eating cardboard! Seems to me like they had gone cold and then been re-heated. Just a heads up folks. Try somewhere else.

We called in this evening mainly because I wanted a diner kebab. The place was in chaos with 5 or 6 people all rushing around to fill delivery orders. One of the guys took my order and handed me the machine to pay by card and then disappeared for a few minutes amidst the chaos. First of all I was asked if I wanted sauce to which I replied ‘mint’ thinking he was asking about the kebab. Imagine my reaction when he started putting mint sauce on chips! I had to ask about my kebab and was told it was nearly ready after being in the shop for a while.

When we got home I opened up the chicken for my husband and found there were 4 pieces instead of the 3 I asked for and then I opened mine! The pitta bread was cold as if it hadn’t been toasted and was very chewy and it was stuffed with meat, no salad at all! In the past 30 years I’ve had plenty of kebabs and have never had to ask for salad and we’ve been going to Sidemoor Fish Shop for 20 years plus. This evening was the last time as the staff evidently aren’t interested in serving the people that make the effort to physically go there and when you do finally get served it’s wrong on all counts!

Funny, friendly staff, well priced and delicious. Can't fault this place.

I used to rate the food here but recent visits confirmed a real decline in the fish and chips. I always call in to order my meal but feel they prioritise the delivery trade now. Chips have been like cardboard and my cod old and dry. I have already found two replacement outlets that are better so unlikely to return here.

First time we ordered for delivery. Fabulous pizza and the chips we nice and hot and not greasy. Will definitely be using again

Portions are small. For what your paying u don't get value for money. Meat was dry and tasted asif it had been in a pot for hours everytime they forget something. Don't order drinks then never come. Pls boycot this place has gone right down hill. So disappointing now when it used to be good.. all about the money and not the service and goods now..never again.

Sadly I used to love this chippie but the over cooked dry steak and kidney pie will no doubt be my last visit . Last time it wasn't great thought it a one off . Not sure why it's changed so much but at 6 15 pm place was empty used to be packed

Just placed a order ordered 6 chicken nuggets three turned up in small box, when ringing to tell them I was told I ordered 3 even though online and on my email confirmed you get 6 in a meal, it’s not the first time we’ve had bad order/food said it before but definitely won’t be returning again food hit and miss and just found out blackcross deliver so will be going to them from now on.
