Pepe's Piri Piri

I tried this place as I was in the area and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a quarter chicken meal at their "very hot" spiciness. The chicken was moist and juicy and really flavourful. Only thing I would improve were the chips, which were a bit dry.

I visited the next time I was in the area too, this time a 5 peri peri wing meal at their spicy level ("extreme"). I thought the wings were juicy and the sauce was great, with a very spicy kick which was almost too spicy - exactly what I wanted.

I'd say the chicken was better than Nando's - it's juicier and is served in a sauce rather than Nando's dry offering. The shop staff were friendly and polite. The shop could be a bit cleaner and was a it messy, but if you're in the area then this place is a great value place for peri chicken.

Can't go out during covid so we brought pepes peri peri home. Excellent, food, decently priced!

Pros:
- Staff are very accomodating - they gave us enough sauces and adhere to requests made.
- Food is excellent and very filling

Cons:
- If collecting, parking csn be difficult to find

I order two chicken burgers each one for £7 it was a very small chicken slice you can not even see it

I felt I’m eating a piece of bread & some chips
I’ll never come again to this place

The place is dirty I couldn’t find a clean table so I sat near the door.

I also need to ask them to give me tissue, salt etc.

Used UberEats to order for a 5 person household. The order was over £40 and when it arrived in one bag, the drinks and dips were missing along with a whole half chicken, the main part of a half chicken meal we ordered. When we called the restaurant they gave us an automated UberEats number and an invalid code for the number so we could not reach any drivers or help. We called the restaurant again, and they gave us another wrong 8 digit number so we never got a hold of the Uber driver and therefore never received the chicken from the meal or the other missing items. The employees we spoke to on the phone were unhelpful and took no responsibility for the missing items and claim they gave it to the driver, which we believe is probably not true as the bag was sealed with staples and had room for the missing items. I would recommend to not order from Pepe's Piri Piri, Harrow - especially if it is a delivery on UberEats.

I would like to thank Sanjana for the service provided. It's the first time I come to this branch and it was the best customer service of all the other branches I've been to. She is an asset for the company. Thank you Sanjana from the girl with purple hair from Saturday afternoon, you really made my day better.

Burgers were dry, stale and literally nothing in it, no lettuce or anything. The chips have been fried a 100 times and the wings were cold and stale. STAY AWAY

Food very nice but need to change closing times. On Google it says they close at 12 however staff refuse to serve after 11:30. They did not want to take my money as they have to clean . Also they didn’t pick up the phone.

I can say Pepe’s is like standard equivalent. Doing various version of chicken with varying heat of sauces to go with. The recommendation of the member of staff hot with extra hot , absolutely beautiful 👌👌
