Mr cod & pizza

Wow (this is Stoke Podges Mr cod)
I was pleasantly surprised as the fish and chips great, generous portions. Went there for a take away not expecting much as reviews a bit of hit n miss but I think people just reviewed this Mr cod thinking it was the one on the Slough high st. - that one is awful.

We had a quick bite here. The pizza was fresh and tasty. The person over the counter was courteous and helpful.

Came here for my birthday with my friends. Absolutely perfect place with nice ambiance and so much food items to choose from. At first we could not decide what to order as everything seems delicious then finally we decided for mixed grill pizza. Happy satisfied customers indeed . would surely return sometime

Had a mixed grilled pizza. It was best in taste but portions were not much big so i needed to order another. Overall recommended

Please make sure to check the pizza size before ordering. I enquired about the pizza size. I was told medium is £7 each (12 inches) as stated on the website. I was delivered 9 inch pizza and upon enquiring I was told it is a medium one because it has 6 slices. However I was charged for 12 inch and not 9. The person on the phone did not want to listen and just kept going on about how many slices has been made in the pizza.

Has the most digusting lamb doner in Slough I ever tasted...was given hardly any meat..the meat given was not fresh, also tasteless when tried...served with 1 old tomato slice, 3 slices of onion rings, not 1 cucumber slice, very little lettace shreds..the entire kebab was soaked and drenched in Garlic sauce hardly any chilli sauce....Garlic sauce was made out of mayo it's all the kebab tasted of...infact the kebab was swimming in nothing but sauce. The naan bread was something like out of grocery store packaging not fresh&crisp at all...just squijjy....entire Kebab ended up in the trash....what a rip off ordering here...only thing good was the delivery driver and the service following instructions&handoff.

Also ordered a steak burger along side was completely filled with extreme amount of mayonnaise...to the point it was all leaked out and fully smothered all over the bun..maybe a pinch of lettace added if that...absolutely the most digusting steak burger I ever tasted ended up in the trash also...

Very disappointed and gutted....complete waste of my money..never ordering from this place again ever!

I had just got into Slough from Heathrow and needed someplace quick to eat. Mr. Cod and Pizza was a good choice. I did a takeout order for a fish & chips meal (Haddock Fish) and was out the door in less than ten minutes. Very generous portions (similar to previous reviewers photos), and tasty. It's a great place if you're looking for good tasting food and quick.

I'm a food addict all around the world and I tried more than 70% of the restaurants in Slough city center and can tell you that we are lucky to have many good restaurants here.
I'm very happy because I tried Mr Cod a few months ago and the food is really tasty with generous portions and friendly staff.
This restaurant is one of my favorite fast food in Slough, and it's so cool because I live in front of them :)
If your prices, portions, food quality of chips, chicken, and pizza never change, of course, I'll never stop eating here ;)
