Ace Creams & Tapas

Visited in a not too busy time of day maybe 6 tables occupied another 5 unavailable with previous customers eaten orders.
Toilets very unclean, a horrible smell along with napkins for toilet paper and live flies all up the mirror.
Decor is shabby and paintwork is peeling
Could be a nice place with some extra TLC.

Delicious vast range of ice cream at this shop. Open until late, other options included waffles, crepes and cake. Also milkshakes available.
Very nice service, no extra cost for eating in.

The food was nice and reasonable priced. Unfortunately the appearance let's it down. Some of the ceramic lampshades were broken above the booths, giving a grubby appearance. Could do with a little overhaul.

So I ordered milkshake and crepes for me and my mate on just eat last night. Was told it would be delivered by 8:50pm. I called them at 9:20pm to be told they are waiting for drivers to come back so I accepted that then I called again at 9:45pm to be told it will be delivered at 9:55pm it arrived around 10:50pm. Not only was it 2 hours late the milkshake was melted & just disgusting & the crepes were cold & not nice at all so I asked for my money back only to be told they won't refund the meal & are sorry for the delay but hope I enjoyed the meal. This takes the absolute piss considering I was a 10 min drive away from the restaurant. If I ever get desperate to order again from here ill walk & collect it at least then it would be quicker

The place looks nice, the staff are friendly, but service could be better for the prices they charge. For example, ice-cream could be made to look a lot prettier and more fun 🙂

Nice little desert venue in a nice town. Pay your staff more whoever the owner is, they deserve it.

First time visiting in a while. There were 6 of us. Bubble tea not really that nice. No sorbet although clearly advertised. Bit pricey ice cream far to lumpy.

Ordered the New York cheesecake if that’s what u want to call it !! Absolute disgusting never have I had a cheesecake like that all soggy even the base never again terrible
