I had such a great time here. Pizza was amazing and my friend was inconvenienced by the staff, so it was a win-win.

Firstly, my friend said they wanted any pizza with meat and they proceeded to hand them, in total, 10 vegetarian pizzas which he kept saying no too but the staff never listened. Lol. He was so upset with them. Especially since I kept saying they wanted them and they just kept giving them. Made my day.

As others have said. If you put Gordon Ramsays name people think it will be good. It’s basic pizzas, servers were really nice though. The head host was extremely professional. £16 for a pizza that you didn’t really order is a rip off. Not sure why you have to walk about 100 meters to the toilets through another restaurant.

You can’t go wrong with that pepperoni 😍🍕! I Good service and a really pleasant experience.

Good pizza, slightly odd flavours at time. But the bottomless, slice by slice nature of service meant that there was no wastage which was good. However service was very slow at the end

A complete fiasco! We went for the bottomless pizza! Even though the names of the pizzas were changed, the pizzas that came were bread with tomato paste with little cheese! Chicken sweetcorn came together and we were 4 people and the lucky one was a small piece of chicken on my slice, about 15mm in size and there were two sweet con -:)) Others had no sweetcorn on their slice. Bottomless drink option is another fiasco, no sprites, only coke and fanta. And I saw the waitress take two fingers of water on the coke. My son asked for homemade lemonade (£4) and he couldn't drink it, it really sucked because we all tasted it. And we were charged 15% service for the overpayment! In short, Guys, this is Gordon, he has officially opened these places to kiss! -:) Oh, be careful! If you're craving pizza, I recommend you go and eat the right pizza. There were also good things: the service staff was very friendly! and the pizza dough was tasty and well cooked even if there was nothing on it -:)

My friend and I came today and the host was very friendly when greeting us. I told him I’m a vegetarian and he explained there are plenty of options available to me. I thought I could order whole pizzas but the waiter/waitresses bring over trays of different pizzas at random and will give you as many slices as you want. Shortly after the host came over to our table to check on us. He wanted to ensure I have plenty of pizza, and noticed I liked the margarita, so he had put in a request to the chef to priorities this pizza for me before coming over to check on us. Very thoughtful of him so I was very impressed! Also the pizzas are very flavourful so I’ll rate the whole experience 10/10.

We had high expectations, which unfortunately were not met. The place had 6 types of pizza, 2 deserts, olives, and 2 small salads. That was literally the whole menu. One pizza was 16 pounds and they offered us bottomless pizza (all available types) for 16 pounds as well, which we chose (naturally). They had only 3 vegetarian options. The server was not very friendly and she ignored my vegetarian partner and offered me twice more pieces of pizza only because I wasn't vegetarian and had more choices. Hence we were not served at the same time. The server was offering about 1 piece every 10 minutes and one has a maximum of 1 hour in the restaurant if one chooses the bottomless pizza option. Overall, the concept of bottomless pizza proved to be unpleasant. The positive part was that a couple of the pizza types were very nice - the margarita and the aubergine ones. There was one pizza that did not work, it was covered with corn and white sauce, which made it soggy and the flavours did not work (I do normally like corn).
I would love to try other of Gordon's restaurants but I would not visit the bottomless pizza ones again. I admire Gordon and would hope to go to his own restaurant one day. Despite all, I am grateful I had the chance to try this experience once in my life and to have lived in this city :) How lucky are we

Underwhelming experience.
The place is like any other average pizzeria but stick Gordon Ramsay’s name and suddenly prices are 5x the actual value.
We went for bottomless pizzas; the variety of pizzas offered weren’t impressive. The slices were 30 minutes apart (is that a tactic so customers get bored and leave without finishing a single pizza?). Honestly, I wasn’t even full after dinner.
Over-promised, under-delivered. Would not recommend.
