Pizza King

Pretty poor customer service. My order was late and I called the takeaway and was told it would be 5 minutes by a rather blunt and robotic member of staff . 15 minutes after my food arrived. It was cold and left on the cold concrete at my garden door.... in the pitch black darkness. The delivery driver was still in the garden at the gate which was creepy. The pizza , very bland if im honest. And the delivery driver sounded like he couldn't be bothered.

Tasty when drunk if not otherwise but maybe miss the kebab pizza, trust me your bowels will thank you the next morning...

Absolutely useless ask for one thing a plain burger no salad no sauce just the burger and the bun how does it come covered in mayonnaise what If I was allergic, I get it’s a Saturday is busy but it’s not rocket science to put a a bit of chicken in a bun!! Not even with one star

Placed an order tonight app said 59 minutes no issues I would be home within the time they tried to deliver after 25 minutes but I was not home again not an issue as they called me and I requested that they deliver asap 1 hour later I phoned them to get a delivery time they said 20 more minutes so I requested they cancelled my order as I needed to go to bed early shift the next day I was told I couldn’t cancel so I said I didn’t care about the money my reply was the phone slammed down lovely customer service not app deleted and I won’t be spend anymore money with them unbelievable but that’s the service they give you

Ordered a seafood pizza and large kebab, the mussels on pizza were still frozen!!. The kebab meat was not cooked and vey cold. Complained, very abtupt,replaced with burnt kebab meat and a tasteless pizza. Said no refunds given. Save your money and avoid pizza king!! Awful experience

We ordered 3 burgers and a cheese cake. All was frozen food. You could taste the ice in the cheese cake. this is not fast food. Staff friendly but food is honestly a joke.

Not nice staff !! Got food from them couple of times now and staff are always nasty !!

Avoid! Food was very average no spice what so ever. Guy at the till didn’t even know what to recommend or what the best pizza was. Settled for donner with chips which tasted like ready made heated up artificial junk and prices were extortion . Avoid!
