Meze Greek Restaurant Ellesmere Shropshire

We had an absolutely amazing meal tonight! Authentic Meze Greek Food in wonderful surroundings! Inside and out the restaurant gives you that Authentic Greek Feeling! We were really really impressed with the Food the Greek Lager, the excellent service! Thank You Highly Recommended!

Popped in for an early evening meal on a Saturday night, and whilst they were booked up inside, we were offered a table in the ‘garden’ which was just delightful! We only had a main course, but it was a generous portion and super delicious. Staff were friendly and service was prompt.

Lovely food at a good price. The inside is lovely and makes you feel like your on holiday. Was quite busy after we were seated. We had a nice window seat and I like the furniture colours and patterns. Homely nice feel. Staff are friendly. Ordered the sharing platter for around £21 each. Lots of food. Cooked fresh. Tastes really nice. we stayed at colemere caravan park and noticed one evening that they do takeout too as they had delivery options for this place st the campsite. Regardless we enjoyed the sit in meal. Loved all the Greek platters. Would recommend.

Authentic Greek taverna restaurant. The food...aah!. What can I say... Superb, delicious, mmmm! OMG. Do you know when every dish you try just gives you that relaxed satisfied warm just makes you want to try another and another feeling. . . Well then. This my friends is the place. The standard of cooking is excellent. The staff are lovely and knowledgeable. The portions are huge. We had the Meze and dish after dish was delicious. Can't wait to go back again. Wow!!!

Was going for a takeaway, but these wonderful people allowed our dog in! Off to a flying start, the menu is amazing and great value for the amount of food you receive. We went for the Mezze, which is £21 per person for 9 dishes, prepare for tasty food and full stomachs :) The staff are lovely, the chefs lovely the whole place just transports you to Greece and I wanted to get on the table and dance! We would highly recommend booking a table here, thank you for a much needed romantic meal for two xxx

We visited on Friday. The restaurant is rather rustic in appearance inside. There is an outside extension at the rear, with heaters. We had starters of pitta and dips. Then chicken souvlaki and lamb cutlets. Our meals were ok but not as flavoursome as we usually find in Greek restaurants. The service was slow even though they were not very busy.
Personally, I felt uncomfortable with cats wandering around in the restaurant and sitting by us whilst we were eating.
Prices were reasonable but I do not think we would visit again.

Loved it here. Food was delicious and the staff were lovely. We even took the family back there 2 days later and they were as impressed as we were. Highly recommended.

Love amazing food! Went for Our friend's Birthday and it was fabulous, staff super friendly, food mouth watering tasty. We 100% recommend and we will be back next time we boat by.
