The White Hart

I've only called I'n for a beer after work but it has been nicely tidied up inside and out over the last couple of years. Inside, tables are elegant enough to have a meal at but also comfortable for a beer and chat. There's a smart patio at the rear with a small grassed lawn area.
Nice selection of reasonably priced beers. Oh .. and friendly staff! Can't fault it.

Stopped in for a quick after work drink with colleagues. Was a nice place with friendly staff behind the bar. Not a lot of parking but otherwise was nice place. Would come again to try the food.

We had Sunday lunch and it was so nice! The plates are brought to you hot followed by a platter of food, this included numerous veg, meat, roast potatoes and Yorkshire puds, all cooked to perfection, couldnt fault a thing. Staff were nice too. Defo recommend.

First time visit to this pub and with a friend, and we chose to eat here too. Really nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and roaring fire. Had a White Hart Burger and it was probably the best burger I have ever eaten - big burger patty, with lovely rosemary fries, and perfect onion rings. Generous portions, all clearly made on site, and delicious! I highly recommend it.

Wow!! We booked here the same day and we got a table for 3 us. When we arrived early they said they could sit us straight away which was really nice as we arrived half an hour early.
My daughter ordered the children’s chicken roast dinner, I ordered the chicken roast and my partner ordered the roast beef. Food and drinks were ordered by very friendly staff. A lovely lady called Sarah who was super friendly and polite made our visit really pleasant, thank you Sarah (:
We had lovely hot plates and I was amazed when the food arrived on a huge platter with everything on it, vegetables, meat, stuffing.
The food was absolutely perfect!
Without a doubt we all ordered dessert which was just as good. I sit in here writing this review and I’m ready to book our Christmas meal here. Can’t wait!! Thank you The White Hart from Claire Nikos and Kim

Food great value for money
Very friendly and charming staff and the locals very friendly and happy to have a chat . Will go back again but the next time there will be 20 of us for sunday lunch. Ps and the dogs enjoyed there's 🍺

We recently held a wake here. The landlord was brilliant and did everything to make a terrible day go well. The food was excellent. I would definitely recommend the place. Thank you.

Great meal last night and great to talk to chef about gluten free options... Mongolian Beef was yummy....
