Nice quiche, great option of salads to have on the side. Quite expensive, especially given you order at the counter rather than table service. Nice, modern, well-lit space to idle in

Nice place with welcoming staffs. However the smoothies I ordered didn’t taste good, the cinnamon rolls was also not really satisfying. The overall environment was alright.

Delightful cafe within Citadine hotel lobby, serving very healthy and delicious food and drinks!

This place is lovely and I was really excited to grab a drink here before a meeting but do not go here for a coffee. It is horridly made, was scorchingly hot (I literally burnt my mouth!) and is over priced.
They should employ a barista if they are going to serve coffee. The staff member who served me was also extremely rude. Made it seem like he had much better things to be doing than serving me and making my coffee (sorry for inconveniencing you!)

Applaud the ethos but disappointing execution!!
Let's start with the positive. The staff were great (hence the two stars). Unfortunately the place was grotty with unclear tables and stains on seat chairs. When that is taken in to account with over priced coffee (£3.50 for a miniature coffee not even and adult one!!). Definitely won't be returning. At those prices they should be able to afford enough staff to keep the place clean!!

EDIT: Now tried the coffee and it's not even a nice coffee. Glad it's small now so I can finish it quickly and find somewhere else to have another one to take the taste away. Shame it's a waste of £3.50.

For the owner- serving coffee with water doesnt "add value" though it was appreciated as I really needed to wash away the taste of the coffee itself.

Good, tasty food. Very nice friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. Good for morning coffee, you can get french pastry's here freshly delivered from the bakery, good for lunch , healthy choices and quick service. Would recommend for quite lunch with friends or even by yourself.

Nice place for a quick coffee and pastry. I simply adore their little cakes and nice seating areas in which you can relax back and take a break from the hustle and bustle of the busy city. Love the dairy-free options! (Am slightly lactose intolerant so somedays am good and somedays am not so I appreciate the variety!)

I like the idea very much so made a beeline for it yesterday. Just to say I was hugely disappointed. My coffee was the most expensive so far - particularly since it was also amongst the smallest. To make matters worse I had to remind them about it after 10 minutes of nothing appearing and I was the only person there at the time. Had lunch - a veggie Thai Green curry which was predominantly rice and almost tasteless. I won’t go again but would continue to support their approach of locally sourcing as much as they can and I’m happy to pay a bit more for that but the end result has to be good and worth the extra and it wasn’t.
