We all have a favourite fancy place to take someone, well this was a first time trying.
Imagine wholesome food, specialist cocktails and a whole lot of class and you'll have what I just experienced.
The food was absolutely fantastic, very deep flavours balanced with sauces that just show how you can elevate a flavour to somthing you wouldn't know existed.
The staff were very charming, especially when an order was being placed for a cocktail, it was explained that the cocktail in question was getting swapped over so instead of making a drink that would not be to the best it could be was advised to try something that would blow our tiny minds, it delivered, lemon drizzle g&t is somthing to behold, edible rose petals dancing around like little pink and red crystals.

Possibly the best split second decision in a long time

Service was rubbish, even though there were a lot of staff serving. Waited at least 40 minutes for the main meal and then at least 20 minutes for dessert which was pricey for what it was. I had the Eton mess which was mainly whipped cream for £6 and with the smallest amount of fruit and meringues. An absolute rip off in my opinion. We asked for the bill and they took 15 minutes to come back and when they did we had to ask for it again. The music was too loud as well and I couldn’t hear anyone speaking. Not worth wasting your money here in my opinion. The food was extremely pricey for how basic it was. I won’t be coming here again.

The food was really delicious on our recent visit to Firenze. We opted for the beef ribs with salt and pepper fries and the pork belly. The food was really impressive and the drinks were on offer, my wine was really fresh and easy drinking. Unfortunately let down by the raised table we were seated at, which meant our legs were dangling all night. The service could also be improved.

2.5 hour wait for a birthday party meal that was booked in advance so we didn't have to wait. Once the food finally arrived they forgot some of the stuff and brought the sauces for the meals 30 minutes after the meal... 10/10 would avoid.

Would not recommend, recently attended for works Christmas Party. Food extremely slow at coming out between courses, some of us were waiting and waiting upon cutlery to be brought out in order to eat desserts. BUT, the worst was to have a tray of drinks including ice, tipped down my back, TOTALLY soaking me starting at my hair all the way down to my lower back, soaking through to my underwear! When challenged the manager about compensation for this off the bill, all as she gave us was the cost of 1 drink and 1 mains meal, due to this being cold from when I had returned from the bathroom trying to dry myself out!!! TERRIBLE way of showing compassion or apology. Never been before and will certainly not go back OR recommend!! Stay Clear unless you are in need of a shower.

The whole lunch time cost 21 quid including drinks and consisted of two good sized pizza drinks and truffle chips. That coupled with excellent service and speedy food really sealed the deal for us returning again.

Booked a table well in advance. Food was excellent couldnt fault it however where we were seated was horrific. We were seated outside in the smoking area next to an ac fan! Dont be fooled when they say they have heaters because they dont work! A poor lady was seated under the air con fan and it was dripping all over her there was ice frozen on the pipes next to her. It was freezing and I had full coat gloves and scarf on. People coming in and out smoking while I was trying to enjoy my meal. We asked if we could move inside and was told no theres no room. We went to the toilet before leaving and the entire upstairs was empty apart from one 2 seater table. So dissapointed. Very unhappy with what was meant to be a celebration meal.

In summary...superb.

A combination of friendly staff, uncrowded table arrangement and reasonably priced food makes for a great place to meet and eat. Ultimately, it's the food that makes the place and I can honestly say everything we ate was brilliant.
