Nuovo Restaurant

Liked the idea of Italian tapas so we came here one evening on a trip away. They managed to accommodate us without a booking. We had a bread basket, good selection and the olive oil was amazing quality. The parma ham and salami was the highlight of the antipasto. The gnocchi was rich, bubbly and creamy. The belly pork was super tasty, celeriac puree could have been warmer. Arancini crunchy and moist. Calzone tasty but didn't feel like authentic pizza dough. Wine was good, although percentage on the bottle wasn't as advertised. Overall a great experience. Why choose pasta or pizza when you can have both?

The best restaurant in the whole of Northamptonshire! I have been here a lot and every new person that comes with me is also blown away by this place.

The food is incredible and quick to come out. Such a good variety. Tapas style so things come out as they’re done.

The service is always outstanding, quick and attentive. Taking empty plates, refilling drinks, etc.

Great food. Good Ambience. Convenient location. Many options for Vegans/Vegiterians. Good for families as well as office dinners.

Absolutely gorgeous food. It's just simply delicious. We also had a fab waiter who gave us some great recommendations on the wine and some of the plates and they did not disappoint!! If you live or are visiting Northampton make sure you go! Food, Service and just overall feeling of the restaurant is just amazing :) Can't wait to go again!

We had a bread 🍞 tin starter and ordered 6 dishes to share , unfortunately no room for dessert 🧁
Next time we will miss starter and have 5 dishes and squeeze in dessert 👌🏼

One of the best restaurants in Northampton, if not the best. We were warmly greeted by Stuart and his team on arrival, Charlie and Martina made sure we were comfortably seated and that we were well attended to throughout our visit. The food here is amazing, beautiful to look at and every mouthful delicious. We cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. 🥰

Stopped in #northampton on our road trip and had the pleasure of dinning at this gem of a restaurant @nuovorestaurant , amazing Italian tapas style small plates bursting with authentic flavors. 4-5 plates between two people were more than enough, oh yes not forgetting the desert is must try. Amazing atmosphere and friendly attentive staff went through plates also recommended some amazing plates to try. @nuovorestaurant you get a massive 👍 from me, I can’t wait to come back again to try other plates. If you are visiting don’t forget to book in advance as they get very busy.

I have been visiting nuovo for years. It is by far the best restaurant in Northampton. The staff are great, the decor is just fabulous and last but most certainly not least the food is STUNNING. We had takeout during the pandemic which was also wonderful and such a nice treat. Stuart and his team have the perfect combination of casual dining but making you feel special.
